As fresh and entertaining as ever, virtuoso violinist Nigel Kennedy embarks on his first UK tour in over ten years.
This will be a unique evening of classical, jazz, and contemporary. Expect breath-taking Bach, alongside the most delicate rendition you will ever hear of A Nightingale Sang In Berkeley Square. Nigel’s own compositions will feature, including a moving tribute to Yehudi Menuhin and Stephane Grappelli, who taught, mentored and inspired him during his early years.
Accompanied by his great friends Alec Dankworth (son of the late John Dankwork and Clio Laine) on double bass; and Peter Adams on ‘cello, this is a rare opportunity to witness one of the greatest virtuoso musicians this country has ever produced.
