Box Office counter will remain open until 15 minutes after the last event commences.
Box Office will open 90 minutes before, and close 15 minutes after each event commences. No telephone service is available on weekends or public holidays.
When available, concessions apply to children, full-time students, State Pension Age (currently 66+ years) and Disabled people.
Proof of eligibility may be required. Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively, may be limited or subject to availability, and may not be applied used in conjunction with other offers.
At the majority of Family shows (exc. Venue Hire Events), tickets for children under 2 years are available at half price, and free for babies under 12 months. At all other events, children (regardless of age) will be charged full price or the concession rate where available. All persons, regardless of age must be allocated a ticket/seat.
Group discounts are available at many performances.
